Is there something you’d like to return? Not the right size? Prefer a different color? While we hope you’re satisfied with your purchase, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. At Cargo Pants, exchanges and returns are hassle-free, and you can do so within 30 days of receiving your order.
Looking to Exchange or Return an Item? We get it—sometimes a product just isn’t the right fit, and you want to exchange it or get a refund. No worries! As long as the item is in its original condition, we’re happy to process an exchange or accept a return, following the guidelines below, which include our fair use policy.
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or another product within 30 days of receiving it, we’re here to help. Please note that exchanges can only be made for items currently available. You can exchange a product only once. If the replacement item doesn’t meet your expectations, you can still return it, but not exchange it again.
For refunds, if you return an item within 30 days, we’ll issue a full refund to the original payment method, pending confirmation. For COD orders, you can exchange the product or receive a coupon code equivalent to the order value for future use.
We strive to process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned item, though delays may occur in special cases involving bank processes. If you can’t return an item within the designated time frame, please contact us—refunds in such cases will be at our discretion.
Beyond the 30 Days? We can’t accept returns for unwanted items after the 30-day window. If you attempt a return after this period, we may need to send the item back to your delivery address and ask you to cover shipping costs.
Original Condition At Cargo Pants, hygiene and customer safety are paramount. Please ensure items are returned in their original, unused condition. It’s fine to try on items as you would in a store, but please don’t wear them out. If items are returned damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition, we won’t be able to process a refund and may have to send them back at your expense. All returns are thoroughly inspected.
Items should be returned in their original packaging, including all tags, where possible.
Fair Use If we notice unusual return patterns that raise concerns—such as frequently wearing and returning items, or returning significantly more items than a typical Cargo Pants customer—we may deactivate your account and any linked accounts. If you believe there’s been a mistake, please reach out to Customer Care, and we’ll be happy to discuss it.

For Non-Registered Customers If you placed your order as a guest, you can request a return by providing your order number and the phone number used during purchase.
If you need to return multiple items from the same order, please send them together. Once you’ve requested an exchange or return for an item in an order, further requests for that order won’t be possible.
